Are you a licensed company?
Yes. We are officially licensed by the public carriage to carry the public.(DBD registered License no.3900800070492). TAT License 32/00911

Are your taxi prices per car or per person?
Our prices are per car please see vehicle capacity for further details.

How do I make a reservation?
If you have found a tour you like you can then simply click the “ADD TO CART” tab on the tour menu. The booking process requires a Payment to be made through our secure credit card system via Paypal site(Paypal, Visa and MasterCard ).

Once, I’ve made a reservation,then what?
The first thing that will happen is that you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, with all the information you need about the pickup time and voucher number. This includes their contact phone number, and much more.

Can I book a tour with you and pay for the tour when I get picked-up?
We do not accept Cash on Tour as all Tours must be booked in Advance.

Are there additional charges for using a credit card to pay?
No there are no additional charges for using a credit card.

How secure is the PayPal site?

The PayPal site is highly secure. We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you’re using an approved browser – one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be emailed to or call +66(0)904791770.
Cancellation received more than 24 hours prior to departure are fully refunded.
Cancellation received less than 24 hours prior to departure will be charged full price.
Please note that if you cancel your tour after the cancellation deadline, or if you fail to join the tour, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If the tour operator cancels the tour anytime prior to the tour, the customer will be offered the tour on another day or offered a 100% refund of the purchase price.

Change Policy
All changes to a tour (date, pick-up location etc) is free of charge and must be communicated via e-mail or +66(0)904791770 at least 24 hours in advance and an updated tour voucher will be issued. A change later than 24 hours may be possible but is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by If not confirmed, the No Show clause below becomes applicable.

No Show
If the customer is not present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the tour voucher, no refund is applicable on the booking, no matter the reason and any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer’s travel insurance company.

Do you offer additional discount if I buy several tours with you?
We have already the lowest prices available and therefore are margin is very low For each Tour and does not allow for further discount.
